Its day 5 of my latest diet and I'm happy to say it had me pooping 3 times today. C-a-r-a-z-y!!
Yay poops!
So my new plan for dieting this time around is going to be focusing on fiber. I've been exercising and trying to eat right whenever I can, but I think fiber is the key.
I definitely have been falling off the band wagon too many times. And South Carolina is full of fried foods and beer. Not exactly diet food. But I think menopause has also been making it difficult for me to lose weight.
I'm hoping this makes a difference. But if it doesn't I'll be off to a doctor looking for hormone replacement therapy.
