I would like to take a moment to remember someone very special to me. Bill Daniels. He was like a father to me. He guided me and nudged me along. Without him, I wouldn't have even taken the steps I did to go to the local College. He treated me like one of his own kids and they accepted that as well.
Unfortunately, Monday, January 24th, good ol' Bill lost his fight for life at age 75. Hard to believe. I miss him even though I haven't seen him in probably 8-10 years. Where did the time go?
I'm very sad and tryig hard to just accept this is life. But since its been forever since I've had a moment to blog on here I felt it would be a perfect place to post his obituary for me to see all the names of the people he held near and dear. I was extra touched that his son, Will, called me to let me know he asked about me so many times in his last days and had hoped to see me one more time before he passed. The feeling was mutual... I'm guessing I won't even grieve over my own father's passing when the time comes.
I miss you Bill and will always love you for being you! You're the best!
