Yesterday I started weight training with Jamel "Mitch" the fitness instructor. He put me through a series of strength exercises to see where I'm at physically. Lol. The verdict: pretty bad. I have some strength in my legs, but very little upper body strength. Very very little.
So today I'm only slightly sore. Tomorrow, I'm sure I'll be hurting even more. He also calculated that with my current weight at 171lbs I need to stick to a 1500 calorie day diet. Other than our bad habits of drinking too much on party nights, this shouldn't be a problem.
With any luck, the headaches I keep getting will stay away and let me progress! I'm so disgusted with my body right now it's time to do something about it!
So I hope I find time to keep journaling on how its going. If all is well, by October I should be seeing results! *fingers crossed*
