So the diet and excercising has been going well. I was suppose to record my weight in the Wine Weight loss chart this morning but found myself in a bit of a quandary. I knew I lost, but I also know that getting on the scale and seeing a number either the same or just a pound could throw me into immediate hopelessness.
So I simply recorded 183 as 3lbs lost in a week. After I got back from the gym I decided to go ahead and weigh in. 179!! I lost 7 lbs this week! Woohooo!
I sure hope I keep the willpower to stick to this. 179 is still extremely over weight. Once I hit 145 I'm in good shape. Keep on kepin on.
