So weigh-in is tonight at 7p.m. I have no expectations for this other than to know I'm already 6-7lbs lighter than the first week of January.
Jan 2nd, I believe, I stepped on the scales while my daughters were in the bathroom. It rang up an astounding 192lbs. Dear GAWD! How the hell? Ok, never mind. I know how that happened, but it was certain a wake up call to getting serious about all the laziness and binge eating. I'm NOT invincible.
So two weeks ago, at the gym, I signed up for the 90 day challenge to lose weight and get fit. Today I'm meeting with one of their personal trainers to go over the machines. I've used them before, but maybe not the right way. So we'll see how that goes.
I'll try to log in later or edit this entry to record my official 'start' weight. Even though in the back of my head, it'll always be 192.
*fingers crossed* Weighed in. It took 2 HOURS to get through everyone. I wasn't feeling so hot (onset of a migraine). But here are my starting stats. Weight 185.5 BMI 31.89 I think my overall body fat was 40.9% And so it begins....
